图里翻译理论中译者的使命研究

Translator's Role in Gideon Tour's Theories

作为特拉维夫翻译学派的主要代表人物之一,图里受埃文.佐哈尔及多元系统理论的影响,提出了许多有价值的翻译观点。在他的翻译理论中,关于翻译和规范的关系的见解更是独树一帜。图里提出了翻译模式中的规范概念,分别是原始规范、预先规范和操作规范。译者从翻译之前到翻译活动结束主要受到原语文化规范和目的语文化规范的制约,这两种规则如同线的两端,而译者的使命则是在两端间动态地选择自己需要的规则。探讨译者在规范的影响下的使命将会让翻译理论同翻译实践更好地结合,有助于二者的深化和发展。

As one of the representatives in The Tel Aviv School, Gideon Tour has developed many valuable translation theories, among which is his unique theory of the relationship between translation and norms. In this theory, he has divided three kinds of norms. They are preliminary norms, initial norms and operational norms respectively. The translation process is controlled by these norms and the translator is always in the process of choosing his ideal norms dynamically.
