摘要
目的比较2种不同剂量基因重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗的免疫效果。方法对100例19~21岁健康人群的血清样品用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测HBsAg、抗-HBs、抗-HBc三项指标均为阴性者注射基因工程乙型肝炎疫苗,在全程免疫后1、6、12、24个月检测抗-HBs阳转率及抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)。结果接种2种不同剂量的基因重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗后均获得不同的免疫效果。结论年龄在19~21岁的健康人群,3次20μg基因重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗免疫效果明显优于3次5μg的基因重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗。
Objective To compare the immune effects of recombinant Yeast-derived Hepatitis B Vaccine (YDV) of two different dosages. Methods 100 HBsAg, anti-HBsAg, anti-HBcAg negative healthy people were vaccinated through a total procedure, then detected the positive rate of anti-HBsAg and its geometry average titer after 1, 6, 12, 24 month. Results Two different dosage recombinant Yeast-derived Hepatitis B Vaccine produced different immune effect in this group of people. Conclusion The immune effect of 20μg 3 times group is much better than that of 5μg 3 times group.
