摘要
目的报告一起入境外籍船员聚集性非细菌性食物中毒事件的病原学检验。方法采集该外轮11名船员的样本,应用实时荧光RT-PCR方法对样本进行核酸检验,结果呈阳性的样本应用RT-PCR方法进行验证,PCR产物进行测序并做序列分析。结果从11份样本中检出5例诺如病毒GGⅡ-4群阳性。结论引起此次外籍船员腹泻爆发的病原体为GGⅡ-4群诺如病毒。Real-time RT-PCR方法检验诺如病毒快速、准确、特异性强。此次为中国检验检疫机构首次从国境口岸检出诺如病毒。
Methods validating Objective Report the etiology inspection on a non-bacterial food poisoning event in a foreign ship. Sampling on 11 ship staff, using real-time fluorescent RT-PCR to detect their nuclear acid, RT-PCR and sequence analyzing. Results 5 cases of 11 samples are positive in Noro virus Gene group Ⅱ- 4. Conclusion Noro virus Gene group Ⅱ- 4 is the pathogen of the diarrhea eruption. High speed, accurate, specialties are the characteristics of real-time RT-PCR. This is the first success of finding Noro virus at frontier quarantine agency of our country.
