摘要
本文介绍的A/D转换器是利用Z8系列单片机内部提供的两只比较器以及定时器加上简单的外围电路构成,在程序的控制下完成A/D转换。实验证明,这种A/D转换器的分辨率较高,温度系数也很小,价格低廉,精度和312位数字万用表相当,由于它的转换速率较慢,所以适用于慢速信号的A/D转换。稍加外部控制电路,就可完成一定的检测和控制功能。
This paper proposes an A/D converter based-on the two internal voltage comparators and the timer of a Z8 single chip computer, and other simple peripheral circuits. The A/D conversion is performed under the control of a software. Though its converting rate is relatively low, the new converter is of such advantage as high resolution, low temperature coefficient, and low cost. It is most suitable for applications in A/D conversion of slow signals.
