Expression of Mosaic Vessel in Human Rectal Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的:研究直肠癌中镶嵌血管(MV)的表达及临床意义。方法:收集本科室2004年1月至2005年1月间,50例手术切除并经病理确诊的直肠癌标本。经CD34和CEA双标免疫组织化学染色观察癌组织中的MV表达,并与淋巴转移、远处转移、生存时间等临床指标行相关性分析。结果:在50例直肠癌患者中发现20/50(40.0%)存在MV表达。Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期中MV表达的比例分别为1/12(8.3%),1/10(10%),8/15(53.3%),10/13(76.9%)。直肠癌MV表达与淋巴结转移(r=0.441,P=0.001)和远处转移(r=0.423,P=0.002)正相关、与生存时间负相关(r=-0.510,P=0.001)。结论:直肠癌存在MV表达。检测直肠癌中MV的表达对于判断直肠癌的恶性转化、病理过程,预后具有一定的临床意义。 Objective: To study the expression of Mosaic vessel(MV) in human rectal carcinoma and the clinical significance thereof.Methods: Fifty specimens of rectal carcinoma obtained from operation were stained both of CD34 and CEA to observe the expression of MV.The correlation of pathological examination and live time was analyzed.Results: ①MV was found in 20 of the 50(40.0%) specimens.The expression of MV was 1/12(8.3%),1/10(10%),8/15(53.3%) and 10/13(76.9%) in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ.②MV was associated with existence of lymph node metastasis(r=0.441,P=0.001),distant metastasis(r=0.423,P=0.002) positively and survival time(r=-0.510, P=0.001) negatively.Conclusion: In the sample of human rectal carcinoma,the expressions of MV have been seen in all stages.②The observation of MV in the rectal carcinoma may help to decide the prognostics and the clinical stage.
