卵泡液瘦素、皮质醇与卵母细胞质量的关系 被引量:1

A Study on Relationship Between Leptin and Cortisol levels in Human Follicular and Maturation of Oocytes

摘要 目的:探讨卵泡液中瘦素、皮质醇浓度对卵母细胞发育、受精和卵裂的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和放射免疫法(RIA)检测60例体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者和卵母细胞胞质内单精子注射(ICSI)周期卵泡液中瘦素、皮质醇浓度,分析其与卵母细胞发育、受精和卵裂的关系。结果:成熟卵母细胞对应卵泡液中瘦素、皮质醇浓度显著高于未成熟卵母细胞者(P<0.01);受精卵的瘦素、皮质醇浓度高于未受精卵(P<0.05);Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级胚胎的瘦素、皮质醇浓度高于Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级胚胎(P<0.05)。卵泡液中瘦素与皮质醇浓度无相关性。结论:卵泡液瘦素、皮质醇可促进卵母细胞发育成熟,提高受精卵发育潜能。 Objective: To investigate the impact of leptin and cortisol in human follicular fluid(FF) on the oocyte development,fertilization and cleavage.Methods: Leptin and cortisol levels in FF in 60 cases of IVF-ET were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and radioimmunoassay(RIA),and their relationships with oocyte development,fertilization and cleavage were analyzed.Results: Leptin and cortisol levels in FF with matured oocytes were higher than those with unmatured oocytes(both P〈0.01).Leptin and cortisol levels of fertilized oocytes were higher than those of unfertilized oocytes(both P〈0.05).Leptin and cortisol levels in FF at high score embryos(grade Ⅰand Ⅱ) were higher than those at grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ(all P〈0.05).There was no relation between leptin and cortisol levels in FF.Conclusion: Leptin and cortisol levels in human follicular fluid can promote development of oocytes,and raise the potentiality of fertilized ovums.
