试论高校体育教学中的健康教育

On Health Education in the College Physical Education

本文运用文献资料、访谈调查等研究方法,用健康的内涵阐述了高校体育教学不仅要注重学生终身运动能力和自觉锻炼习惯的培养,还要重视学生心理素质和思想品德的教育,为社会培养既拥有强健体魄,又具有心理健康和高尚情操的高素质人才。

By using documentation, interviews, surveys and other research methods, this paper proposes that college physical education should not only focus on students＇ fife-long exercise capacity and conscious cultivation of the exercise habit, but also attach importance to ideological and moral and psychological quality of education in order to foster the students who have a strong physique as welt as mental health and lofty sentiment.
