Research on the Critical Technology of Plastic Injection Mould Based on the Expert System

深入研究了注塑模具设计和开发中遇到的问题,提出了利用前人成功设计的成果,形成专家系统供后期开发的注塑模具开发思想。详细介绍了专家系统与注塑模具开发相结合的优点和可行性。重点分析了基于专家系统的注塑模具开发时涉及的关键技术——模具共性描述与抽取技术,以及共性归纳的实现技术,给出了具体的解决方案。

Having thoroughly studied the question which met in the mould design and development, the author of this paper proposes forming the experts＇ systematic mold development thought for the later devlopment period by using the design achievement obtained by the predecessors. Then in detail this paper introduces the merit and the feasibility of the expert system unifies with the plastic injection mould. It focus on analyzing the essential mould technology mould general character description and extracting technology based on the expert system, as well as the general character induction realization technology. Finally it produces the concrete solutions.
