"是时候VP了"是近年来出现的一种新兴用法,表示应该做某事了,可以说是一种看法、观点或建议,这种用法的出现除了英语的影响之外,句子传递信息的线性增量原则也起到了极为重要的作用。
The sentence pattern ＂It is time…＂ has appeared in recent years and is becoming more and more remarkable. Besides the influence of English, the principle that sentences are used to communicate information also plays an important role in the use of this pattern.
