消防水系统在运行过程中产生水锤现象,导致一系列不安全问题的出现,为了解决这一问题,文章对公司原消防系统的构成、运行情况、缺陷进行了分析,提出了基于DCS集中控制的消防水系统节能安全变频技术改造方案。按照该方案对消防水系统进行改造后,消防水系统不但运行稳定,而且具有节能、自动化程度高的优点。实现了消防水系统的最优化运行。

Water hammer occurred during the operation of fire fighting water system will cause a series of security problems. In order tosolve the problems, the structure, operation and defect of the current fire fighting water system are analyzed, and a technical reform scheme with Energy- saving, security and frequency conversion technology based on DCS centralized control is proposed. The reformed fire fighting water system has the advantages of high stability, energy-saving and high level automation, and realizes optimal operation.
