摘要
根据水轮机结构特点,开发了模块化、人机对话式的三维水轮机流场可视化系统。对固定导叶、活动导叶、蜗壳、转轮及尾水管五大部件设计了相应的数据存储格式、数据处理系统、功能模块、用户界面和图形编辑系统。系统管理采用命令文件树结构的设计方法,使开发和使用具有灵活方便的特点。水轮机流场可视化系统实现了对水轮机各过流部件的流场特性、效率特性、空蚀特性及水流稳定性的图形显示功能。
Corresponding to the characteristics of the water turbine structure,a new water turbine fluid visualization system has been developed,using updated computer technology.This system is an important part of the water turbine optimization design.For water turbine parts,such as static guide vane,moving guide vane,spiral cascade,rotator and draft tube,the database,dataprocessing subsystem,functionmode,user interface and drawing editor have been designed and built.They are difficult of complex shape,huge numbers and more optimization design parameters.Adopting the command file tree structure,the system can be easily combine with new function mode.The system has visual graph display function for the fluid characteristics,efficiency,cavitation and flow stability of the water turbine.Combining with optimization calculation and expert analysis system,the system will be more advanced intelligent water turbine design software.
