Tn-C、CD44v6在甲状腺滤泡状良、恶性肿瘤中的表达差异

The Different Expression of Tn-C、CD44v6 in Follicular Thyroid Carcinoma and Follicular Thyroid Adenoma

目的研究Tn-C、CD44v6在甲状腺滤泡状良、恶性肿瘤中的表达差异及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测60例甲状腺滤泡状癌(A组),60例甲状腺滤泡状腺瘤(B组),以及60例正常甲状腺(C组)组织标本中Tn-C、CD44v6的表达。结果在A组中Tn-C阳性率为88.33%,CD44v6的阳性率为81.67%;B组中Tn-C阳性表达率为6.67%,CD44v6阳性表达率为10.00%;A、B两组比较,Tn-C、CD44v6阳性表达率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组中无阳性表达。结论Tn-C、CD44v6在甲状腺滤泡状良、恶性肿瘤中的表达具有显著性差异,有助于临床上甲状腺滤泡状良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断,对临床手术方式选择具有指导性意义。

Objective To study the different expression of Tn - C,CD44v6 in follicular thyroid carcinoma and follicular thyroid adenoma and their clinical value. Methods Immuno - histochemical methods was used to examine expression of Tn-C,CD44v6 in 60 follicular thyroid carcinoma patients,60 follicular thyroid adenoma and 60 normal thyroid tissues . Results The positive expression of Tn-C in group A is 88.33% ,in group B is 6.67%. The positive expression of CD44v6 in group A is 81.67% ,in group B is 10.00%. These results indicated difference between A group A and group B （ P 〉 0.05）. Tn-C,CD44v6 were negative expression in group C . Conclusion Tn- C,CD44v6 protein are useful in early diagnosis of follicular thyroid carcinoma.
