微创超小切口开窗式输卵管移植术25例临床应用

The Tiny Supermini Wound Cut Opens Dyadic Dallopian Tube of Window Transplanting Skill 25 Examples Clinical Practice

目的探讨下腹部超小切口开窗式输卵管移植术的简易微创方法。方法选择25例间质部或峡部阻塞性不孕症(8例)及间质部或峡部异位妊娠(17例),采用下腹部2.5～3.5cm超小切口行开窗式输卵管移植术,并与传统的输卵管移植术15例作为对照。结果25例患者共移植29条输卵管,手术时间平均68.3±22.9min,手术出血很少平均35.8±28.6mL,术后住院时间5.4±0.8天,无并发症发生。术后25例行输卵管通液试验,其中17例(68.0%)通畅,7例(28.0%)通而不畅,1例(4.0%)不通。结论下腹部超小切口及开窗式输卵管移植术具有简易、微创的效果,是一种值得推广的术式。

Objective To discuss dyadic fallopian tube of supermini underbelly cut windowing transplanting tiny simple skill wound method.
