Employment is vital to the livelihood of the people and stability of the whole society, This paper is to inquire into and analyze the difficulties of college graduates in finding employment and to look for solutions to this problem on the basis of studying the guidelines set forth by the Communist Party of China at its Seventeenth National Congress.
