摘要
医学研究生教育是我国医学教育的最高层次.长期以来,医学教育采用的是以传授知识和经验为主的模式,缺乏对学生创新精神和创新能力的培养,这是医学研究生创新能力及思维培养的瓶颈问题.从导师的角度,论述了导师怎样培养医学研究生的创新思维及创新能力,并举出一些典型实例加以参考.
The education of medical postgraduates is senior level. For a long time, Medical education is based the model of imparting knowledge and experience which is the bottleneck in training creative awareness and ability for medical postgraduates. The tutor plays a key role in developing innovative awareness and abilities of medical postgraduates. We have done some research work in this point, and reference to some typical examples.
