带式脱水机絮凝剂加入量与泥饼含水率变化的研究 被引量:5

摘要 确定絮凝剂的最佳投药量的研究一直是污水处理厂运行中的一个重要课题。处理厂既要保证泥饼的含水率,又要最小化絮凝剂的投加量,来降低运行成本,减少污水处理的总投资。结合江心洲污水处理厂污泥脱水的实际,通过实验得出了絮凝剂的最佳投药量。通过分析,得出了一些有益的结论,为合理的确定絮凝剂的加入量提出了科学依据。 The research on optimizing chemical dosage consumption is an important question for discussion in thickened sludge dewatering operation. The wastewater treatment plant works both with best results of sludge dewatering and the dosage consumption minimum to decrease the operating expense and the total investment. This article accords to practical dewatering situations of sludge in JiangXingZhong wastewater treatment plant, optimum dosage consumption is acquired through experiments. Based upon analysis, some beneficial conclusions are obtained, which can be used as references for ascertaining the dosage consumption.
