摘要
利用紫背浮萍(polyhiza)作材料,在3种不同浓度的生活污水中培养紫背浮萍,测定每种浓度污水中TN,TP以及紫背浮萍鲜重的变化,来研究紫背浮萍处理生活污水的效果。结果显示,紫背浮萍能够大量吸收N,P营养盐,对改善水质、治理水体富营养化具有重要作用。试验期间紫背浮萍生长明显,其增重量随水样污染程度的加大而增加。
Spirodela polyhiza was cuhivated in three kinds of sewages with different density in order to study its purification effect on sewage by measuring the removal rate of TN, TP in each sewage and the changes of fresh hiomass of spirodela polyhiza, The results showed that spirodela polyhiza could absorb N and P massively so as to improve the water quality, and had good effect on the treatment of water eutrophication. The growth of spirodela polyhiza was obvious, and its hiomass was increased when the density of sewage enlarged during the experiment.
