摘要 采用离心分离技术将酒精废水进行固水分离并回收利用,CODCr,BOD5,SS等污染物的去除率达到90%以上,有效地削减酒精废水的排放量,减少污染。分离水回用于拌料生产,提高拌料水温30℃以上,满足酒精生产拌料水温度的工艺要求,不但节约拌料用水量,而且回收废热,减少热污染,达到了治理与利用相结合的目的,既保护了生态环境,又实现了经济、社会、环境效益的和谐统一。 The practical technology of alcohol wastewater recovery made the removal rate of CODCr BOD5, SS and other pollutants more than 90%, reduced availably the alcohol wastewater exhaust and decreased the pollution. Separated water was returned to mixing material production which increased the temperature of the water for mixing over 30℃ and met craft request, The application of recycling technology saved water consumption, reclaimed waste heat and reduced heat pollution. Combination of control and reuse was to protect eco-environment and realize a unity of economy, society and environment henefit.
