摘要
结合工作实际,就理顺工作程序、规范现场踏勘、加强方案管理、规范报告表达、加强质量控制等问题,进行阐述。为验收监测人员做好建设项目竣工环境保护验收监测工作和提高建设项目竣工环境保护验收监测水平,提供了有益的借鉴。
Combining working practice,some problems about arranging working process,standardizing site survey, strengthening plan management,standardizing report expression,strengthening quality control,and so on, are discussed. In order to improve environmental protection acceptance check monitoring for construction project level ,some helpful references are provided for the monitoring staff.
