摘要
本文研究在1000KN液压试验机上分别用塑性泥和铅进行了直齿圆柱齿轮精锻的模拟试验,定义了充满度S定量地描述锻件的充满程度。试验结果表明:凹模浮动时,S可达0.94~0.96;凹模固定时,S仅为0.60~0.78.同时还分析了浮动凹模提高充满度的原因。
Simulated experiments of the spur gear forging with close tolerance are conducted respectively using plasticine and lead in 1000KN hydraulic press.S,the fullness is defined to describe the degree of the forging to fill the impression.The experimental results show that S is up to 0.94~0.96 when the lower die is movable and S is merely 0.6~0.76 when stationary.The reason that movable die can improve the fullness of the die is analyzed.
