摘要
胶原材料具有生物力学性能好,免疫原性低等特点,被制造成为各种生物医学材料,在医疗器械产品制造领域有着不可替代的优势和相当广泛的应用。不同加工方法可以生产不同种类的胶原,虽纯胶原免疫原性较低,但要通过对实际生产过程的严格控制才能达到动物源性胶原的人用标准。胶原材料应用范围极其广泛,优势明显,但也存在许多不足之处。介绍动物源性胶原的结构、来源、特点、生产、应用及免疫原性,最后对现今胶原研究中存在的问题亦即发展方向予以指出。
Owing to good biomechanical characteristics and low immunogenicity, collagen has been used dominantly and extensively in manufacturing of medical equipments. Different manufactural processes can produce different types of collagen. Although the immunogenicity of pure collagen is low, we can't get human-use creatural collagen without strict control of the manufacture. Collagen has achieved very wide application and possesses evident advantages, but also a few shortcomings. This paper mainly introduces the structure, origin, characteristics, manufacture, application and immunogenicity of the creatural collagen. Furthermore, the existing problems of collagen bionic product are also pointed out, as well as imparting its direction of development.
