The key of reforming Northeast old industrial base is to improving industrial competitive power. As a new angle of researching rregional economy development from industrial group, it has undoubted positive affection to enhance industrial competitive advantage. The measures should be grasping the opportunity; deepening the reform of state -owned enterprise; improving innovation mechnism; perfecting the affection of government and medium organization.
