摘要
外语学习从某种意义上来说是一个文化学习的过程,大学外语学习的一个重要目标就是培养学生的跨文化交际能力。文化定型是一切文化认知过程中的必经阶段,既有积极的定型,可以促进跨文化交际能力的培养;又有消极的定型,会阻碍跨文化交际能力的提高。因此应运用合理的文化教学方法,帮助英语学习者建立并不断匡正文化定型,使其在英语学习中发挥积极的作用。
Frankly speaking, in some degree foreign language learning was a cuhure learning process. One important target of college foreign language learning was training students'crosscuhural communication ability, so it is unavoidable to establish certain stereotype. This paper makes an attempt to work out a solution to solve the problem of cultural stereotype being a barrier to cultivating intercultural communicative competence in college English teaching, and make use of the positive aspects of cultural stereotype.
