摘要
目的:初步探索利用RP技术制作具有特定外形的人工活性骨替代物修复下颌骨缺损的可行性。方法:RP技术SL法制作具有特定外形的多孔β-TCP支架,真空冻干吸附法复合BMP,制成定制化人工活性骨。以多孔β-TCP/BMP支架为实验组,单纯多孔β-TCP支架为对照组,进行修复犬下颌骨缺损的动物实验,分别在植入后2周、1月、3月、6月取材,进行大体标本观察、X线检测分析和组织学观察,Lane-Sandhu X线和组织学评分分析。结果:两组材料在植入后3月,均出现牢固的骨连接。植入后6月,实验组可见骨改建。结论:利用RP技术进行定制化人工活性骨的构建是可行的。多孔β-TCP支架和多孔β-TCP/BMP复合支架均可以最终完成骨替代,达到临床骨修复的目的。
Objective:To study the feasibility of repairing the mandibular defect by costumed activated bone substitutes made by CAD and RP. Methods: Manufacturing the customized β -TCP/BMP compound sent by RP. Absorbing the BMP by vacuum freeze -drying to get the experimental material. Animal experiment: Experimental group: porous β- TCP/BMP compound sent; control group: porous β -TCP sent. Implanting them in defects of dogs. The dogs were sacrificed at 2nd week, 1st month, 3rd month and 6th month. The samples were observed with X-rays, gross and histology observation methods, Lane- Sandhu X -ray and histological analysis. Results: 3^rd month : Steady synostosis happened in the two groups. 6^th month: A few of survival materials in the two groups. Bone remodeling in the experimental group. Conclusion: Repairing the mandibular defect by this method is feasible. The mechanical function of all materials was not excellence. There were difference between these materials in isochromism of hydrolyse and osteogenesis.
