中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流加局部化疗治疗恶性胸水

Center venous intrapleural catheterization drainage plus local chemotherapy in treatment of malignant plearal effusion

目的:对恶性胸腔积液患者,采用经皮穿刺胸腔置入中心静脉导管术引净胸水后灌注丝裂霉素、顺铂,并观察其疗效及副作用。方法:本组58例,按病种分成2组,治疗组29例,采用中心静脉导管置入胸腔引净胸水后灌注丝裂霉素、顺铂;对照组29例,常规抽水后灌注丝裂霉素、顺铂等。结果:治疗组有效率89.7%,对照组有效率65.5%(P<0.05)。结论:中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流术加局部化疗疗效明显优于单纯胸穿加局部化疗,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the curative effect and side - effect of center venous intrapleural catheterization drainage plus local chemotherapy in treatment of malignant plearal effusion. Methods： Fifty eight cases were divided into 2 groups. Therapy group with 29 cases, using center venous intrapleural catheterization drainage and infusing mitomycin and cisplation ; Contrast group with 29 cases, after routine drawing water, infusing mitomycin and cisplation. Results： The efficency rate was 89.7 % in therapy group, while 65.5 % （ P 〈 0.05 ） in contrast group. Conclusion： Center venous intrapleural catheterization drainage plus local chemotherapy is obviously superior to simple pleurocentesis plus chemotherapy.
