摘要 目的:探讨凋亡诱导因子(apoptosis inducing factor,AIF)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:用免疫印迹法检测AIF在细胞中的表达量;用免疫组化法检测AIF在29例胃癌组织和10例癌旁正常胃组织中的表达。结果:胃癌细胞株中(低分化胃癌细胞株MGC-803、中分化胃癌细胞株SGC-7901)AIF的表达量高于胃上皮细胞株(胎儿胃上皮细胞株HFE-145、胃上皮永生细胞株GES-1);AIF在胃癌组织、癌旁正常胃组织中表达阳性率分别为41.38%、10%,胃癌组织中AIF的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移均无关(P>0.05)。结论:AIF的表达量上调可能对胃癌的发生、发展起一定作用。 Objective:To explore the expression of apeptosis inducing factor (AIF) and its correlation with the clinicopathological characteristics in gastric cancers. Methods: Immunoblotting(IB) method was performed to study the expression level of the AIF in cells. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of AIF in 29 cases of gastric cancer tissues and 10 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results: The expression level of AIF in gastric cancer cells ( MGC - 803, SGC - 7901 ) was stronger than those of gastric epithelial cells ( HFE - 145, GES - 1 ). The positive rates of AIF expression in the gastric cancer and normal gastric tissues were 41.38% and 10% , respectively. However there was no significant difference in AIF expression with respect to the depth of invasions or lymph nodes metastasis, either. Conclusion: Increased expression of AIF in gastric cancer tissues and cells suggests that AIF expression may play a role in gastric tumorigenesis.
