胃癌组织CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系

摘要 目的:研究胃癌组织中CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2的表达及其与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法:用免疫组化方法检测胃癌组织中CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2的表达情况,并分析其表达与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。结果:60例胃癌组织中,CD44v6、COX-2和MMP-2表达阳性率分别为61.7%(37/60),55.0%(33/60)和73.3%(44/60)。胃癌组织中CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2的表达与淋巴结转移密切相关。结论:胃癌组织中CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2的表达与胃癌淋巴结转移密切相关,提示CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2可作为判断胃癌预后的指标。 Objective:To study the expression of CD44v6,COX -2 and MMP -2 in gastric carcinomas and their relationship to lymph node metastasis. Methods :The expressions of CD44v6, COX- 2 and MMP- 2 in gastric carcinomas were detected by immunohistochemical method, and their relationship with lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results :The positive rates of the expression of CD44v6, COX -2 and MMP -2 in 60 gastric cancer tissues were 61.7 % (37/60) ,55.0% (33/60) and 73.3 % (44/60), respectively. The expressions of CD44v6, COX - 2 and MMP -2 were significantly related with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:The expressions of CD44v6, COX -2 and MMP -2 were significantly related with lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinomas, they can be used as indicators to predict prognosis of gastric carcinomas.
