摘要
液力变矩器早期多凭经验研制。目前国内资料,尚未有较理想、实用和现成的计算方法,人们为完善建立于一元束流理论基础上的设计方法,进行了多方面的研究工作。我们研制开发的TY200型液力变矩器,采用理论计算和试验方法相结合,在研究其工作轮几何参数对性能方面取得了重大突破。在改变泵轮、涡轮叶栅的进出口角度差值对提高液力变矩器性能参数的研究取得了可喜的进展,本文将详细介绍这种改善和提高其性能参数的原理。
In the early days, to design and manufacture converter is through experience. At present a perfact and practicable method is unavailable in demstic documents. To perfect design method based on theory of sheaf flow of one dimension, Work has been done in various aspects. We are designed converter Ty220 by adopting a method combining theoretical calculation and trial. An important breakthrough has been made in research on effect of geometrical parameters of the member on converter performance especially in research on improvement of converter performance when entrance and exit angles of impeller and turbine blading vary. This paper detailly fundamental and method to improve converter characteristics and results are discribed.
