三种人体硬组织替代材料对人血浆白蛋白吸附方式的研究

摘要 采用红外光谱技术,研究了羟基磷灰石、生物玻璃陶瓷和羟基聚磷酸钙钠吸附人体白蛋白后,蛋白与材料的结合方式。结果表明羟基磷灰石主要是靠氢键结合;生物玻璃陶瓷则主要靠静电引力结合,且如果吸附的蛋白质较多,所吸附的蛋白质可依据吸附方式的不同至少分为两层:结构变化较大,紧贴材料表面的底层和结构变化不明显的顶层。羟基聚磷酸钙钠和蛋白质的结合方式还难以推断。 Adsorption mode of albumin on three different biomaterials, hydroxyapatite ( HA ) , hydroxyl poly ?calcium sodium phosphate (HP), bio ?glass ceramics (BGC), was studied with FTIR. The result showed that HA and BGC adsorbed albumin by means of hydrogen -bonding and attrac- tion of static electricity respectively. If the amount of adsorbed protein on HA and BGC is more, a two條ayer structure will be envisaged for the protein: a bottom layer, conformation of which is altered and a top layer, conformation of which is less altered. It is impossible to deduce adsorption mode of albumin on HP according to the result of this experiment.
