摘要
基于人本理念的高职教师新的人性定位,提出价值管理的思想,高职教师的管理方式从传统的"命令—控制"型向"引导—激励"型转变。
The ideas of value management are put forward based on higher vocational college teachers - oriented new human positioning. The Administration Mode of higher vocational college teachers should be changed from order -control model to guidance -stimulation model.
