摘要
专家证人制度是英美法系国家的一项证据制度。通过对专家证人的定义、特征及其相关概念区别的阐发,以及近年来专家证人制度新发展的评述,试图借鉴国外的专家证人制度,以弥补我国的鉴定人制度中存在的不足之处。
Expert witness is an evidence system of Anglo - American country. This paper expounds definition, character and differences among related concepts and makes comments on new evolution of expert witness during recent years.
