Application of the Rapid Detection of Mycobacteria Tuberculosis by ELI SPOT among Entry-Exit Personnel

摘要 〔目的〕寻求一种试验周期短,特异性高的结核病检测方法。〔方法〕采集100份入境人员的外周抗凝全血标本,采用基于酶联免疫斑点试验(ELISPOT)的结核感染检测试剂盒TSPOT-TB,测定结核杆菌特异抗原刺激反应的效应T淋巴细胞数量。〔结果〕TSPOT-TB阳性率试验对象的性别、年龄无相关性,而与标本来源地区呈相关性。〔结论〕TSPOT-TB的敏感性和特异性均较高,可用于口岸出入境人员结核感染的快速检测。 Objective To explore the way of the rapid detection of M.Tuberculosis among entry-exit personnel by ELI SPOT. Method 100 anti-coagulated whole blood samples from entry-exit personnel were detected by ELISPOT (The Enzyme-linked immunosorbent spot) kit to determine the amount of tuberculosis antigen specific effecter T lymphocytes. Result The positive rate of T SPOT-TB was correlated with the source of cases, but not sex or age. Conclusion Both the sensitivity and the specificity of T SPOT-TB kit are relatively high, which is applicable for rapid detection of M.Tuberculosis infection among entry-exit personnel. However, this technology can not differentiate active tuberculosis infection from latent infection.
