摘要
高职教育规模的急剧扩张与教师资源配置现状之间的矛盾表现出来的种种问题,构成了研究高职院校教师资源优化与整合的逻辑起点。本文运用调查法、文献法、比较法等研究方法,在对四川部分高职院校教师建设的现状进行细致考察之后,提出了从人才观念转变、"双师型"队伍建设、兼职教师队伍建设和人事制度改革四个方面进行高职院校教师资源优化与整合的基本思路,这个思路对高职院校教师队伍建设具有较为普遍的参考意义。
The rapid expansion of higher institutes of professional and vocational education has brought various problems in the optimization of teaching staff. By using the methods of Literature, investigation and comparison, the authors of this article have conducted a survey on the current situation of the construction of teaching staff in some higher institutes of professional and vocational education in Sichuan province, from which the authors have put forward some constructive suggestions about the optimization of teaching staff from four aspects: the update of intellectual concepts, cultivation of bilingual teachers, management of part - time teachers and reform of personnel management.
