摘要
目的探讨黏附分子CD40和CD40配体(CD40 Ligand,CD40L)以及氧化应激在大鼠急性心肌缺血中的表达。方法利用对照组(N组,3只)与急性心肌缺血模型组(A组,6只)作比较,用流式细胞技术法检测外周血中CD40和CD40L表达,比色法检测外周血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的水平。结果急性心肌缺血模型组大鼠外周血中MDA、CD40、CD40L表达均高于对照组(假手术组)大鼠,分别为13.12±2.11和4.69±0.69,16.18±2.48和8.5±3.12,14.91±4.81和6.34±0.2,P<0.01,但SOD则低于对照组大鼠(78.75±10.61和168.90±6.85),P<0.01。结论提示CD40-CD40L的相互作用以及氧化应激可能参与了急性心肌缺血的机制。
Objective The expressions of CD40 and CD40 Ligand (CD40L) in acute myocardial injury of rats. Methods There are 2 animal groups include the control group (n=3), the acute myocardial injury group (n=6). The changes of CD40 and CD40L expression of circulating by flow cytometry were determined. The SOD and MDA in serum are detected by spectrophotometer. Results The expressions of CD40 and CD40L as well as MDA are higher in acute myocardial injury group than those in control group, but the expression of SOD is lower in acute myocardial injury group than that in control group. Conclusion The results suggest that the expressions of CD40 and CD40L as well as oxidation stress may contribute to the acute myocardial injury of rats.
