摘要
塔河油田超深井稠油具有高粘度、高密度及流动性差的特点。稠油在从井底流向井口的过程中由于脱气、散热导致粘度大幅度上升或严重的结蜡,造成极大的流通阻力,通过对ZDT型稠油降粘剂的降粘性能室内评价和现场应用,解决了塔河油田超深井因稠油粘度太高而难以采出的问题。加药量为5%时降粘率达到98%以上。以较少的加药量实现了较好的乳化效果,实现了井筒降粘以及地面管输变的问题。ZDT型稠油降粘剂对塔河油田有较好的适应性及良好的降粘作用。
The heavy oil of TAHE oilfield in high deep well has the unique feature of high viscosity, high density and poor diffluence. The viscosity of heavy oil ascended by a wide margin or paraffinning acutely because of deaeration and abstraction of heat, which create great resistance. Through Evaluation and appliance of ZDT Emulsive visbreaker, the problem was resolved. Visbreaking rate attain above 98% when the dosage is 55%o. Preferable effect was realized by using lesser dosage. Problem of Visbreaking in borehole and surface delivery was resolved. ZDT Emulsive visbreaker presented favorable adaptiveness and Visbreaking affect.
