珙桐种子几种呼吸代谢酶活性及果实不同组织总酚含量测定 被引量:6

摘要 以带果肉层积的珙桐种子和去果肉层积的珙桐种子为材料,测定了处于不同休眠期种子的磷酸己糖异构酶活性、琥珀酸脱氢酶活性、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶和6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶联合活性的变化。结果表明:去果肉层积的种子这三种酶的活性显著高于带果肉层积的种子。成熟珙桐果实不同组织的总酚含量测定的结果表明:珙桐果肉中含有大量的酚类物质。这些酚类物质可能是存在于果肉中的一类重要的抑制物,抑制其种子的呼吸代谢。 The activities of phosphoglucose isomerase, succinate dehydrogenase, glucose -6 -phosphate dehydrogenase and 6 - phosphogluconate dehydrogenase in different dormant of Davidia seeds (with pulp or with- out pulp) have been determined. The data obtained show that three enzymes activities of seeds with pulp are much lower than that of seeds without pulp. Using ripe fruits of Davldia, we have also studied total phenol content in different tissues. The results show that the total phenol content in pulp was very high. Phenols maybe one of the important inhibitors in pulp inhibit respiration of seeds.
