摘要
运用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对福建省135所城乡小学体育教育进行研究,结果表明:福建省小学体育课课时不足,农村小学体育课被占用严重,体育课程资源上城乡不均衡,城市小学体育场地不足,农村小学器材严重缺乏,城乡体育师资在数量、学历、职称、进修等方面存在显著差异。建议:完善制度,加强督导,保障城乡孩子接受体育教育的权益;加大投资,扶持弱势,保证城乡小学体育硬件资源配置;师资流动,促进城乡教育人力资源均衡分布。
Using literature, interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, we make an investigation and study on the present state of physical education in 135 urban and rural primary schools in Fujian Province. The result show that: The time of PE class is inadequate, it is seriously occupied by others lessons in rural prima- ry schools; PE curriculum resources between urban and rural schools are imbalance, the sports ground of urban primary schools are inadequate; there is a serious lack of equipment in rural primary schools, there also exist great differences between urban and rural teachers in number, education, technical tide, further education, etc.. Rec- ommendation: Improve the system and strengthen supervision~ protect urban and rural ehildreng right to attend PE class, increase investment and help the weak to ensure reasonable allocation of sports hardware resources to urban and rural primary schools, promote the mobility of teachers and balance the distribution of manpower resources between urban and rural education.
