通过对拐买的原因考察,发现在社会结构失衡的情况下,妇女成为商品交易对象并被社会结构左右着,这导致妇女被拐买而非正常性地流动,使法律、政府等控制失效,尤其是,当这些社会结构状态一直维持失衡的情况下,打击拐买行为只能是治标,根本的解决问题仍需从平衡社会结构这一治本开始。
