浅议高校工会的职能与建设

Brief Discussion on the Function and Building of the Labor Union in Advances Colleges

高校工会作为工会的重要组成部分,在高校教育改革中发挥了重要的作用。文章首先简单地阐述了高校工会的基本职能,然后对高校工会的职能建设进行了分析,笔者认为,在新形势下高校工会的职能建设主要是扮好一个角色,做到两个坚持,进行三项维权,开展四个活动。

The labor union in advanced colleges is a very important part of tha labor unions , which plays a quite important role in the educational reformation in advanced college. The author dictates the basic function of the labor union briefly at first,and then according to it, the author thinks that we should play a good role, insist on two points, protect three kinds of rights and canT out four activities under the new situation. In the meanwhile , the writer analyses the building of its function.
