本文通过对黄冈市农村村庄建设现状的调查分析,剖析了农村建设发展无序及居住环境差的主要原因,特别强调村庄规划编制的重要意义,提出村庄规划编制的主要内容,只有在科学合理的规划指导下,村庄建设面貌才能从根本上得以改变。

From the investigation and analysis of the constructing situation to the countryside in Huangfang at present, the author analyzes the main causes to the bad orders and living environment there, dictates the important significance of programming the villages, puts forwards the main content . The constructing visage of the viUages should be changed radically only under the scientific and reasonable programming and instruction.
