摘要
本文就高校后勤社会化改格之后,如何提供满意服务,提出笔者的一已之见。满意的服务源于和谐后勤。创建和谐后勤的意义;和谐后勤的七大基本特征;构建和谐后勤的八大途径。
The author gives us his own opinion about how to supply the satisfactory service after the socialized reformation of the logistics in advanced colleges. The satisfactory service depends on the harmonious logistics. The author tells us the significance of the harmonious logistics, the seven primary characteristics and eight approaches of building the harmonious logistics.
