随着自然环境的变暖,社会自然灾害的增加,各行业有增大防范成本投入的必要性。本文通过对一些社会现象分析认为,防范成本的增加会给国家和老百姓带来财富和幸福,从而实现小康社会、和谐社会。

With the warmth of the natural environment and the increasing of the natural disasters in society, there is a necessity of increasing the keeping away cost devotion. The author thinks that it can bring wealth and happiness to our country and people from the analysis on some social phenomenon, in order to realize the wealthy and harmonious society.
