摘要
借鉴西方国家政府再造理论和目标,指出在经济全球化的今天我国政府再造的必要性,同时建设性地提出将ISO9000标准应用到政府再造中的理由。
According to theory and goals of reengineering government in western countries. This article explains the necessity of reengineering government in China , and at the same rune constructively points out the reasons of ISO9000 application in reengineering government.
