The Era- organizational System Mode is a new establishing and managing mode which is under research in lots of regions at present . Through the recognizafion of the ordinary engneering project risks under the era- organizational system mode, we should establish the evaluation index system which is appropriate for the routine era - organizational project, in order to make a basis for the further analysis and evaluation of the risks.
