摘要 主要研究了深冷处理对超高锰钢组织、性能及耐磨性的影响.其工艺过程是:水韧处理后,在不同温度回火处理,然后马上在-196℃下深冷处理.超高锰钢经过深冷处理,组织中析出很多细小的碳化物;500℃以下回火时的回火硬度随温度增加而增加,且比非深冷处理试样有了较大幅度的增加;300℃回火后再经深冷处理,可以获得较好的耐磨性;随着回火温度的提高,深冷处理后的试样硬度升高,但耐磨性降低. The influences of cryogenic treatments on the microstructure, material performances and the impact wear resistance of the superhigh manganese steel are studied. After water toughening,the superhigh manganese steel was tempered at various temperatures, and then treated cryogenically at - 196℃. Through the cryogenic treatment,the fine carbides were precipitated dispersedly in the superhigh manganese steel, and the tempering hardness was increased with the rising of the temperature below 500℃. The hardness increased dramatically was compared with the samples without cryogenic treatment. The best wear resistance of the superhigh manganese steel after tempered at 300℃ can be obtained by cryogenically treated at - 196℃. With the elevating of the tempering temperature, the hardness can be increased and the wear resistance will be decreased.
