颞叶癫影像诊断和脑电图分析

Imaging diagnosis and electroencephalogram of temporal lobe epilepsy

目的探讨CT和脑电图(EEG)对颞叶癫的诊断作用。方法分析使用美国GE1800型CT机及ND-82B型EEG仪监测的28例颞叶癫。结果CT检查正常6例(21.4%),异常22例(78.6%)。EEG记录间歇期样发作19例,临床发作期9例。结论CT结合EEG对颞叶癫的诊断、定位具有重要意义。

Objective To study CT in the diagnosis of temporal lobe epilepsy with the electroencephalogram （EEG）. Methods The United States GEl800 type CT machine and ND-82 B type EEG were used to monitor 28 cases temporal lobe epilepsy. Results After CT check, normal of 6 cases（21.4%）, abnormality of 22 cases（78.6%）. EEG recorded the spike wave of intermittent period of 19 cases, clinical action period of 9 cases. Conclusion CT combined EEG have important significance in the diagnosis of temporal lobe epilepsy.
