鱼腥草热敏凝胶滴眼液的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic study of Houttuynia Thermosensitive Gel Eyedrop

目的:研究鱼腥草热敏凝胶滴眼液(HTGE)对细菌性感染兔眼的药效学。方法:用3种质控致病菌感染兔眼,再进行鱼腥草热敏凝胶滴眼液(HTGE)、鱼腥草滴眼液(HED)、氧氟沙星滴眼液(OED)的对比治疗,评价其药效学,包括治疗后细菌转阴(清除)率和治愈率。结果:HTGE(2次/d)、HED(5次/d)、OED(5次/d)的细菌转阴(清除)率和治愈率分别为91.5%和93.2%、74.6%和83.1%、91.5%和86.4%。与OED组比较,HTGE组无明显差异(P>0.05),与HED组比较则有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:HTGE在感染兔眼药效学试验中疗效明显,可供临床使用。

Objective： To study the pharmacodynamic effect of Houttuynia Thermosensitive Gel Eyedrop （HTGE） on the rabbits eyes with bacterial infections. Methods：To infect rabbits eyes with 3 control bacteria, then these rabbits were treated by HTGE, Houttuynia Eyedrop（HED） and Ofloxacin Eyedrop （OED）. The pharmacodynamic evaluation included eredication （clearance） rates and cure rates after treated.Results： The bacterial eredicatiou （clearance） rates and cure rates were 91.5% and 93.2% for HTSG（2 times/d）, 74.6% and 83.1% for HED（5 times/d）, 91.5% and 86.4% for OED （5 times/d） respectively. Compared with OED, HTGE had no significant difference （P〉0.05）; compared with HED, HTGE had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of HTGE is good for the bacterial infection rabbits eyes, and HTGE can be used for the clinical treatment.
