腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统胆囊切除术的临床比较

Comparing of the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy

目的:对腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统胆囊切除术的疗效进行比较。方法:将1426例具有手术指征需行胆囊切除的胆囊良性疾病患者随机分为LC组和OC组,对术中、术后情况进行比较。结果:LC组手术时间、失血量、切口长度、肛门排气时间和术后住院天数均显著少于OC组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术可减少对机体的创伤,有利于术后的恢复,但要注意避免相关并发症。

Objective：To study the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） and open cholecystectomy（OC）.Methods： Comparing the time of operation,the blood volume,the length of cut,the passage of gas by anus, the length of stay of patients who received LC or OC because of disease of gallbladder.Results：The results of the time of operation,the blood volume,the length of cut,the passage of gas by anus and the length of stay in the LC group were better than that in the OC group significantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The LC has advantage in reducing the trauma to the body and is good to the recovery after operation, but more attention should be paied to the complications.
