周围型肝内胆管细胞癌的SCT诊断

摘要 目的探讨周围型肝内胆管细胞癌(PCC)的螺旋CT(SCT)征象及临床表现,为早期诊断PCC提供理论依据。方法笔者收集自1999年至2005年间49例PCC癌完整的临床资料及影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果PCC的SCT表现有一定的特点及规律性:除肿块、胆管壁不规则增厚、狭窄及胆管扩张、延迟扫描强化等表现之外,一般无肝硬化表现,病灶较大,病灶轮廓欠清,化验检查AFP常为阴性等提示PCC可能性大。结论选择恰当的影像学检查方法,掌握PCC的SCT征象,对提高PCC的诊断水平是关键。
