摘要
目的了解晚期类风湿性关节炎患者的心理特征及心理护理方法。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL）和自编问卷在实施心理护理前后，对患者进行测评，并进行统计学分析。结果实施心理护理前后，患者SCL测评结果存在显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论晚期类风湿关节炎病人的个性情绪与疾病的发展有密切关系，对患者施以正确有效的心理疏导，能有效地使治疗顺利并达到最佳效果。
Objective To understand the mental profile and mental nursing methods of rheumatoid arthritis in advanced stage. Method To take symptom checklist （SCL） test and questionnaire for patients, before and after mental nursing, and analyzed by statistics. Result Before and after mental nursing, the results of SCL had significant deviation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The emotion of terminal rheumatoid arthritis patients have a close relationship with development of the illness. We can achieve the best curative effect from giving them accurate, effective mental nurse.
